A Virtual Reality Experience
Through a partnership with Radical Empathy and PBJ Learning, INsideOUT Cares wants to help change the way you understand what human trafficking is......
The immersive, computer-generated Virtual Reality simulation (not a linear movie) puts you in the shoes of a 14 year old victim that explains why she cannot ask for help.
Use the immersive power of cutting-edge, interactive virtual reality technology (VR) to help everyone understand how these “invisible chains” of psychological manipulation can bind anyone, anywhere.
Awareness
Awareness is a critical component to INsideOUT’s Mission. We exist to, “bring awareness and understanding of human trafficking to our communities.” It is the foundational pillar to all we do. We must seek to always bring awareness to the forefront of our communities. Awareness happens in many avenues. From our salon, awareness activities, and community partnerships, we are always seeking ways to raise awareness throughout the fabric of our community.
Awareness events
Our goal is to provide quality education to people in our community. Our organization has been trained by leading organizations in the fight against human trafficking, such as Shared Hope International, Girls Educational Mentoring Services, Genesis Project Seattle, to name a few. We want to help families in our communities protect themselves. Awareness and Education of human trafficking (and the effects it has on youth and families in our communities) can help prevent this from happening to our own children. Together, with a desire to act in the fight, we can eliminate trafficking in our state. This is accomplished through our monthly trainings, specialized business trainings, community events, and a focus on greater media venues.

INsideout Salon
Serves as the most critical physical location within the scope and reach of INsideOUT’s awareness pillar. “The salon is for the community, by the community, offering quality salon services at low prices while being a place to bring awareness, education, and raise funds for injustices in the world, such as human trafficking.” In as much, the salon aims to bring clients in with the purpose of awareness and education. In other words, we hope that our clients walk away with a better understanding of what human trafficking is. QUALITY HAIR SERVICES is also a core value. INsideOUT salon truly is a unique salon experience. Our clients are on the forefront in the fight against human trafficking... and they look good doing it!
Shared hope International
Shared Hope International strives to prevent the conditions that foster sex trafficking, restore victims of sex slavery, and bring justice to vulnerable women and children.
